At your option, the review can take place with or without prior notice, and is conducted at the premises of your contractual partner. You receive all the results in a detailed report, together with the necessary evidence and a risk analysis. We conduct a closing meeting with your contractual partner, including a monetary assessment.
The medium-term objective is not control, but rather productive cooperation between our clients and their sales agents or contractual partners. On request, therefore, we can add optimization proposals to our partner feedback or integrate coaching services into the review.

- Sales support review
The sales support or premium review examines compliance with the funding application rules at the dealer’s premises, as checking when the application is made is usually impossible for operational reasons. As the dealers are an important link in the added value chain, you derive especial benefit here from the know-how and instincts of our auditors.
- Warranty review
The warranty review comprises a detailed examination of compliance with application guidelines at the dealer’s or agent’s premises. Drawing upon all the available documents and records, we conduct plausibility checks on the contractual partner’s basis for application.
- Accounting review
On the basis of the contractual constellation between the lender, dealer or agent and the final customer, we check the inventory of leased or financed mobile assets for contractually compliant use or servicing.
